The Highlander

The Highlander is a Scottish owned bar that offers a warm welcome to all nationalities in Costa Teguise in Lanzarote.

Located in what used to be the Cheers Bar near the Celeste Apartments, the bar has been totally refurbished and is now under new ownership. By gutting the bar we have installed a new (bigger!) bar, a raised stage, new floors and toilets, top of the range audio and video equipment and air conditioning. Our new kitchen allows us to serve up food to an excellent standard and we are open for breakfasts and evening meals.

With satellite coverage for all the major sporting events, a superb karaoke system, and themed entertainment nights we can keep you and your family entertained until the wee small hours. Of course, Burns Night and Hogmanay are great fun at The Highlander but you are assured of a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere every night of the year. We close when the last customer leaves!
